Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Policy shall require Avclothing to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team within 14 days of the purchase date.
• If a cancellation request is made after the 14-day window, the request may not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise specified by the Management.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable under any circumstances, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Refund processing may take up to 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider's processing time.
• In cases of faulty or damaged products, customers are entitled to a full refund or exchange, provided the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
• If a product has been used or tampered with in any way, refunds or exchanges will not be processed.
• For products purchased during a promotional or discounted offer, refunds will be issued based on the original price paid, excluding any discounts or coupons applied.
• In the event that a refund is issued, the amount refunded will be the total paid, minus any transaction or administrative fees that may apply.
• Avclothing reserves the right to amend or update this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers through the website or via email.
